The location was unbeatable near the seaside. What's more, it was close enough to the harbor and especially “ Doi Cocosi “ very big plates and very good at a cheap price.

Booked a room with balconies. A walk-in shower and towels was a plus. The location was excellent with a bus stop near the accommodation...

The hotel was fairly clean with great and gorgeous location high on the upper terrace above the sea and nicely furnished rooms. Location: the property was right by a park and near the entrance of the Balcik castle and the botanical garden as well as the seaside. There was Restaurant Flora Garden very close to the hotel.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and decorations gave it a warm and homely feel that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The common areas were also very accessible for senior people like me, with wide hallways and easy-to-use elevators. It was such a delight to be able to navigate the hotel without any difficulties.

I would have loved if there were more organized activities or events specifically catered to seniors. It would have been nice to have some gentle exercise or leisurely group activities to enjoy during my stay.

The hotel location was unbeatable and nice very close to the sea. Further, it was near supermarket and property's restaurant and the botanic garden and the palace. The rooms they offer were spotless and cheap with the bathroom and the great botanic garden, as example. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served good food.

The private bathroom, although clean and functional, had a shower that I personally found a bit small. But hey, maybe others won't mind it at all!

The staff at the Bisser Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly to any issues or requests we had during our stay. The room we stayed in was recently renovated, and the furniture and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location, nestled among green surroundings and close to the castle and Queen's garden, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of the free private parking and the quietness of the area.
